Al-Subai'i Palace in Shaqra is a Najdi house of that family. 1909 / about 1327 AH is a circulating build or enlargement year, not a plaque here.
Local notices tie it to Abd al-Aziz on the Riyadh-Hijaz road, and to a treasury and fitting-out. That is later/functional association, told from those notices. It is not Riyadh's Qasr al-Hukm. The pin is exact for the present work if the building is fixed.
