Dhiraf is a red granite rise west of the harra at al-Shamli. Al-Hajari places it between al-Ghiyat, Dhu Aral and Janfa; some of those names still live. Ghadeer Mathraq in Yaqut and al-Hamdani is a northern-harra pool, cited with Adma.
The card joins two names because field work found them together: a standing hill and seasonal water. That is a researchers match, probable while the names live, not an inscribed proof. No town and no battle are attached.
